Guarantee & Warranty
At Infinite Jewelry Co., LLC, we are very proud of our highest-quality jewelry and strive for our customers' complete satisfaction. If one of our products* is not what you expected, we will gladly refund the purchase amount upon return of the item in its original, unused condition and packaging. (Unused, resalable condition is determined solely by Infinite Jewelry Co., LLC, and the refund amount will be commensurate with that condition.) In order to receive a refund, you must notify us at nancy.infinitejewelry@gmail.com for return instructions within three (3) days of receiving the product. The item must be returned to us within ten (10) days of receipt. Items that are returned more than ten (10) days after delivery, without prior notification, and/or with unexplained damage, will receive no more than a 50% refund.
*Exception: The Fine and Genuine versions of Bella's Engagement RingTM are Special-order items, and sales are final. The Special Orders can be canceled, however, only within three (3) days of the order date.

Bella's BraceletTM If the bracelet arrives intact and breaks after wearing, we will repair or replace it for a nominal fee, which includes new parts and insured shipping back to you. (Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Infinite Jewelry Co., LLC.) Please contact us for instructions. If the bracelet arrives damaged or defective, we should be notified within three (3) days of receipt, have the bracelet returned to us within ten (10) days, and we will gladly send you a replacement.
Bella's Engagement RingTM (Fashion version) This special ring has a lifetime warranty against excessive wear, loss of a stone, or breakage, so we are very happy to replace it for a nominal fee, which includes handling and insured shipping back to you. The warranty is non-transferrable and becomes void if the ring is resized. If the ring arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery, return it (in its original presentation packaging) to us within ten (10) days, and we will gladly send you a replacement.
